Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. For orders within Portugal, shipping is free! For international orders, rates will be displayed before finalizing your purchase.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary during busy periods.

3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including CTT, DPD, DHL, or FedEx. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but here are estimated shipping times:

  • Portugal: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Issues

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@secondhandparadise.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
