At Secondhand Paradise, we want you to be stoked with your purchase! Since we deal in unique vintage pieces, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, so be sure to check all photos and item descriptions before buying.

That said, if there’s a major issue with your order—like receiving the wrong item or something significantly different from the description—get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery at info@secondhandparadise.com. If we determine that a refund is necessary, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Remember, all our items are pre-loved and may show signs of wear, which are always detailed in the photos and descriptions. Buying vintage means embracing these little imperfections!
